MJ’s Concord office seeks and experienced, personable & self-motivated individual to join our Administrative Team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to work on multiple tasks during each day. A focus on customers as well as our Team is critical to success, including working across multiple offices in New England.


Answer phones, direct calls & greet visitors in courteous, professional manner. Distribute incoming mail & process courier services. Assist in preparing, filing & document management of contracts, subcontracts, invoicing & proposals. Format letters, reports & other correspondence. Coordinate travel & meeting arrangements. Assist at public meetings and other client meetings/activities. Inventory and order supplies as needed. Coordinate with headquarters office and other satellite offices on day to day issues.


Associates degree in related discipline preferred with 4 – 6 years administrative support/office management experience. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. Highly organized self-starter, with good time management skills & ability to prioritize. Strong verbal & written communication skills (spelling, grammar, proof-reading. Previous experience working in Engineering or related field preferred. Driver's license required.
